Spaghetti Bouglione

The glutenfree pasta is topped with ragu sauce from ground beef cooked with tomatoes and aromatic herbs, comes with parmesan cheese.

The Bouglione family, Sinti gypsies, are the owners of one of the oldest circus buildings on earth, the legendary Cirque de Hiver in Paris. The Bougliones wrote history in the circus world.

Besides the gluten free dishes in our menú we offer optional gluten free shaghetti and lasagna pasta on request, here a few suggestions.

Pizza Rene

Our original recipe of ground beef, fresh mushrooms, capers and homemade jalapeño peppers.

Steak la Laguna

8 ounces of grilled sirloin steak, with champignon mushrooms in cognac cream sauce.

Copa Calypso

Sundae with chocolate and vanilla ice cream, enriched with coffee liqueur, chocolate syrup and topped with fresh whipped cream.
