Segovia: this pizza comes with smoked chorizo, an artisanal pork sausage made in Panajachel, fresh mushrooms and artichoke hearts…an irresistible aroma!

Circus Segovia is the first Guatemalan circus with a concept of poetic theater, the owners are very close friends of Circus Bar.

We elaborate our artisanal pizzas from scratch with all natural ingredients, we use mostly local products, some are imported.

The recipes are original from Circus Bar, inspired by the Italian tradition of pizza making.

The Guatemalan people think “Circus Bar”, when they think of Panajachel or pizza, just like people think “Trivago” when they think of hotels.

We deliver our pizzas and other food to all the hotels and houses in Panajachel for free, our delivery service is totally gratis, very popular among airbnb customers.
