Souflaki: 8 ounces of grilled skewered sirloin cubes, marinated in lime juice and oregano, served with tsatsiki dip (yogurt and garlic) and hummus (chickpea sesame paste).

Souflaki is the greek word for skewers.

Very popular dish in the 80ies, now “ïn” again!.
