Filete de Dorado Televisa

Filete de dorado televisa: fillet from Mahi Mahi fish, ovenbaked with Sherry wine sauce, gratinated with mozzarella cheese.

Our chef’s favorite!

The name refers to the 80ies when there was no cable TV in Panajachel, to watch sports events we gathered with friends at a hotel down by the lake.

Frozen dessert, layers of biscuit, cream, ice cream, cacao and coffee liqueur.

We prepare it with regional vegetables and top it with a dash of olive oil and parmesan cheese.

Prosciutto, olives, marinated mushrooms and eggplant, cheese, dehydrated tomatoes, marinated bell peppers.

Sautéed broccoli in bechamel sauce, gratinated with mozzarella cheese.
