Camarones tarifa: shrimps marinated with cumin, garlic and parsley, baked in small omelettes.

A unique creation inspired by the cuisine of Magreb and the Arabian culture in North Africa. Tarifa is a small town in Cadiz province, the southern most point of Europe. Flamenco music has roots in the music from Magreb.
