Filete de dorado televisa: fillet from Mahi Mahi fish, ovenbaked with Sherry wine sauce, gratinated with mozzarella cheese.

Our chef’s favorite!

The name refers to the 80ies when there was no cable TV in Panajachel, to watch sports events we gathered with friends at a hotel down by the lake.

Our Recommendation

Ratatouille

Sauteed tomatoes, bell peppers, onions, zucchini, eggplant and garlic.

Nicoise Salad

Cooked rice, lettuce, tuna fish, hard boiled egg, olives.

Souflaki

8 ounces of grilled skewered sirloin cubes, marinated in lime juice and oregano, served with tsatsiki dip and hummus.

Lasagna Gerard

Imported pasta in layers with our homemade Bolonia sauce from ground beef and tomatoes, very classical.
