The name refers to the 80ies when there was no cable TV in Panajachel, to watch sports events we gathered with friends at a hotel down by the lake.

8 ounces of grilled sirloin steak, with champignon mushrooms in cognac cream sauce.

We prepare it with regional vegetables and top it with a dash of olive oil and parmesan cheese.
